Vintage Washington D.C. souvenir photo locket bracelet. Silver tone with colorful enamel design of National Mall monuments: White House, Washington Monument, U.S. Capitol and Jefferson Memorial. Cover opens to a frame for a picture to be inserted (see Elvis photo). A vintage expandable wrist band (signed Hong Kong) currently attached. Note missing cover link where band connects to locket, but does not affect wearability and the band can be replaced. A rare and unique DC / political collectible.
