There are two minerals that can produce (rarely) such lovely, clear tabular crystals. One is Celestite, the other Barite. Celestite is usually a pale blue, but in rare instances, may be clear. The simplest way to distinguish the two is to chip off a piece of crystal, and heat it with a torch. The two minerals will cause the flame to turn a different color. I am unwilling to perform this test, as I cannot imagine deliberately damaging this amazing stone!
Whether Celestite or Barite, there is no denying that this is a very unusual, nearly perfect, example of the tabular crystal form. The clarity of this crystal is truly amazing. This is an opportunity to have in your collection a specimen the like of which you will likely not see again.
The crystal is shown in the hand of an adult woman, with large hands (for a woman).
