This beautiful three tier jewelry box is by Mele. Made of wood with a half moon shape, it has gorgeous grains throughout in a rich deep cherrywood stain. Lid held by brass hardware & opens to an interior mirror & center compartment lined in a beige felt material into three sections, a tufted section for rings & two smaller sections. Top section has half moon shaped compartments on sides that swing outwards & lined in same beige felt. Other tiers have half moon shaped compartments with two swinging outward & two stationary. Three antique scrolled brass pulls down front with second & third pulls opening drawers lined in same beige felt. Box sits on two long curved legs & has gold “Mele” sticker on bottom. Dimensions 12” L, 7” W, 7.25” H. From 1980’s & in wonderful vintage condition with slight markings on lid, bottom left, & lid has slight wobble. No cracks, chips, tears, stains, or marks on mirror. See photos. Would look lovely on a vanity or dresser, entryway table or in dining room.
