In like new condition, no stains, rips or holes:
Flaw: Back strap is coming detached from body of dress, easily fixed if good with needle & thread (I am not).
Pretty black & white flowers accented with pops of blue, red, yellow & orange.
Square neckline.
Empire waist.

Pockets.
After doing research I believe that this dress started out as a maxi dress and has been altered to a short/mini dress. Whoever did it, did a great job.
