This is a nice 14K yellow gold genuine blue diamond nose screw. The diamond size is 1.4mm (teeny tiny small) and is .014ct.
This is a real genuine blue diamond that was mined from the ground. It is NOT manmade, lab created, dyed, coated,synthetic or fake.
This blue diamond is a beautiful medium shade of ocean blue.
This nose screw is for the people that can't stand the screw part showing in their nose. It is 20g and is prong set. I can bend out the curve to make it a L shaped nose screw.
