Amazing old decorative piece in pre-loved condition with minimal flaws. One bump in ceramic (lower left) from back when it was kiln baked and the white glaze on inside (see pics). No idea about 8 blue turquoises stones being genuine or faux, I know they're not resin, glass, metal or ceramic & they look stabilized.
