70s 1970s US Military Real U.S.NAVY A-2 Deck Jacket Military Olive
This is a U.S.NAVY A-2 deck jacket from around the 1970s.
This A-2 deck jacket was introduced as the successor to the N-1, but like the N-1, it is a very popular outerwear item due to its simple design.
The warm fleece lining provides excellent insulation, and the fact that it is lighter and easier to handle than the N-1 may be another reason for its popularity.
(Personally, I think military items become cooler the older they get, but they also become harder to wear...)
In recent years, the N-1 has become increasingly scarce and expensive, and the A-2 deck, which used to be a hidden gem, has now become a true classic and good condition items are becoming increasingly rare.
