Stunning Whittall & Shon straw hat in black and white is ready for your next special occasion. The wide brim straw is 100% PVC. Covered in white floral lace. The lace has scattered sequins in black and clear. Wide satin band with large bow in front has a sweet rhinestone heart shaped ornament. Size 22 1/2 head size. 5 wide brim curves slightly under. It's in excellent condition. The only issue I see is that the brim is just ever so slightly misshapen but not noticeable with the lace covering. There is also 1 rhinestone that is a little crooked. Made in USA. Probably late 90's early 2000's. Smoke free home. I ship same or next business day.
