This radio battery pack is DAMAGED. The damage is COSMETIC ONLY. See photos. The damage DOES NOT effect the running time or efficiency of the battery pack. The only issue with it is that the battery pack can no longer be certified as waterproof or water resistant. Do not wear this in the rain, or anywhere that it may become wet. (But, even if it did get wet, I doubt the cells are readily exposed with just an issue on the exterior case. You'd have to crack the interior walls as well.)
